Kristin Herlihy

Kristin Herlihy is the Director of Leasing and our primary Leasing Agent, joining BPM in May 2015. She graduated from University of Kansas in 2012 (Rock Chalk!) and has since come home to her native Boulder to establish her real estate career. She attained her Real Estate License in 2016. Her outgoing personality and sunny disposition instantly liven up any room she walks into making every interaction you share with her a delight; her knowledge, experience and professionalism in the leasing industry are only further representations of her talent in this business.

On Kristin’s time off she loves trying new restaurants, spending time with close friends and her husband Ben, watching Basketball, Go KU, and traveling abroad. Her latest adventure took her on an amazing trip to New Zealand.
